My fanfiction character Cain Reaver Riddle from "A Riddle In Time" [link] . He is 19 in this picture, despite the fact that's he's only 14 in the story. My sis and I were thinking ahead. :p

For anyone who wasn't directed here from my author's bio there, Cain is the son of Lord Voldemort ( a.k.a. Tom Riddle ) and Wicca ( Malfoy ) Riddle. For the backstory on this, visit the pics of Wicca [link] and Tom [link] .

After Tom's reinsoulment, he and Wicca resumed their relationship and soon afterwards had a second son, Cain. Cain was raised by both parents, babysat by Rodolphus Lestrange, and all Death Eaters were forced to take part in looking out for his well-being. He has shown evidence of having immature Fen powers, including telepathy, hopped-up spells, and an inborn talent for morphing, though he cannot yet control the power/intensity of his spells like a normal 14-year-old wizard.

Here is the bio for Cain. Please note, this only reflects information covered so far in my fanfictions ( with a few "freebies" thrown in ), thus parts are incomplete and very subject to change.

Kikyo hater and proud of it!!! :shakefist: :stab:
Yep! Finally got around to it. :D

He's holding a puppy named Abel. ;-) So I guess an alternate name for this pic could be "Cain and Abel", lol.

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Hey I'm reading your story back in ff.net... you disappeared for a while there lol but it's a good thing you're back.

I like the way you've drawn Cain, pretty much the way I pictured him but a little older. I would have loved to see madcarrot's Rodolphus babysitting the kid lol that'd be crazy!

You're about one of the few authors that's given an actual, well-constructed son to Tom, rather than a daughter that ends up falling for Harry or Draco heh I can imagine the poor Dark Lord's frustration at that!

I also love that you've built a whole new world with gods and mythology thrown in. Awesome in my opinion =)

And somewhere in that last sentence 'Aladdin' sprouted into my head.....

I'll see you around!

Yes, I am guilty of having been dreadfully absent, but things are better now and my updates don't have to be so...nonexistant. :) Everything factored in to the equation, my updates should be roughly bi-monthly from now on, give or take a few days.

Lol, you know,we actually *do* have a picture of Rodolphus and young Cain, but we'd have to get Madcarrot's permission first to post it, and anyway I think my sister is a little self-conscious about that one since she drew it a long time ago and her style's underwent some changes between now and then. But all is not lost! Just the other day I heard her say something about wanting to draw Roddy and young Cain together again in her new style, so that's something that may be happening, assuming she can get Carrot's permission to post ( which shouldn't be too hard, actually, since they're on pretty friendly terms and Carrot's fairly reasonable to people who ask first ).

*beams* Aw, thanks! I am glad I made such a good impression, and that you're enjoying the story so much. I was beginning to worry that no-one besides Eriksleading-lady was actually enjoying my Harry Potter fanfictions...my stats say that a fair number of people click on the chapters, but hardly anyone reviews! I don't write the story *for* the reviews, but still, it's so nice to feel, well, noticed ya know?

Breaking clichés is my hobby...I hate them and go out of my way to avoid 'em whenever possible. I find this gives the story a fresh twist and a unique perspective, not to mention making it much more enjoyable to write. I like to think outside the box, which is why my HP fanfiction is probably one of the select few out there you'll find gods in. I figured, hey, if the mages are concealing their existence from the muggles, why can't the gods be doing the same with them? And the ideas kept coming!

I know where you're coming from with the "Voldemort's daughter" stories...my god, there are so many of them! And it's all basically the same in almost every one I've found: the Dark Lord has a daughter ( in most versions he's ugly and inhuman, which makes you question the poor mother's sanity if rape isn't involved ), this daughter isn't raised by him and doesn't see him for ( insert # of years ), she hates him when she learns and/or takes the news that she's his daughter in stride, and she falls in love with Harry and/or Draco. There are a few variations —such as the one I saw where Voldy was a pedophile (YUCK!) with a MUGGLE — but for the most part it's like all these writers followed the same exact formula. Now, I'm not saying that *all* writers who fit this bill are bad writers, but most seem to be, the idea is certainly done-to-death, and I can count on one hand the number of people I've seen who've actually managed to pull it off. The daughter usually ends up being a Mary Sue, and the characterizations are mostly abysmal.

Strange as it is, I can't really picture Voldemort with a daughter. :o It's not that I'm against the idea, it's just, to me, he always seemed more like the 'son' type.

By the same token I see Snape more easily with a daughter.

But these are just my personal views. :D

Heh, "A Whole New Word", love that song! Everytime I hear it I feel like I'm flying on the carpet along with Aladdin! What can I say? I'm a kid at heart. :)

Again, thank you for commenting. It brightened my day!

Me: What happens when you compare a pickle to a genius?

My bf: The pickle turns into Mikuru Asahina and goes to a Greenday concert wearing a gorilla suit with a robotic arm.
I'm assuming you mean the format? In that case, go ahead, but be aware that the one presented here is a truncated version of the original, which can be found on Adult Wicca's page.

Glad you liked, and thanks for teh comment! :D

That is just adorable. I love how he is the son of a dark lord and yet cuddles with puppies. I mean, what more can I say? Great job!
